About the position

Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking a skilled Kronos Project Manager to join our team of IT professionals in a permanent role. This position is designed for individuals who possess the necessary background and skills to thrive in a dynamic environment. As part of Cognizant's Oracle practice within the Enterprise Platform Services (EPS) unit, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with their digital transformation journeys. Our expertise encompasses the entire Oracle Stack, enabling us to support clients in various sectors as they navigate the complexities of modern technology. We are committed to delivering high customer satisfaction through our innovative solutions and effective delivery model. In this role, you will lead solution consultants and developers in executing multiple enterprise-level implementations. You will be responsible for guiding the Kronos team in the architecture and implementation of Kronos systems for a large global cement and aggregates company. Your leadership will ensure that the functionality, performance, and reliability of the Kronos system meet critical business needs. Collaborating with management and business teams, you will establish Workforce Management principles and gather essential requirements to drive successful project outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in datahub and reporting tools, particularly in building reports in Dimensions using tools like Power BI with UKG Dimensions or Dell Boomi report expert. A deep understanding of WFC custom reports and the ability to create similar programs in Dimensions is essential. With at least 10 years of experience working with the Kronos/UKG Workforce suite of products, you will bring complete domain expertise to the role. Excellent consultative and communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with business users and client management. You will also need to navigate complex technology environments that require multi-product solutions and integration with legacy systems. Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed is a key aspect of this position.

Responsibilities

Requirements
• Ample background on datahub and reporting tools to build reports in Dimensions using tools like Power BI with UKG Dimensions or Dell Boomi report expert.

• At least 10 years' experience working with the Kronos/UKG Workforce suite of products.

• Ability to work in complex technology environments requiring a multiproduct solution, as well as product integration of legacy systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in building Data views, Org sets / Employee Groups, Hyper Finds, Profile Auto Assignments, Integrations Dashboard.
