Responsibilities
Engage in outbound calling to prospective clients to promote our products and services.
Provide exceptional client services by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and achieve collective goals.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using computerized systems.
Assist in training and mentoring junior sales representatives, sharing best practices for success.
Communicate effectively in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus for enhancing client interactions.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a call center environment.
Strong client service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
