Project Manager Lead With Agile Expertise | Get It - Professional Services | United States Job Overview We are in search of an accomplished Project Manager to spearhead and supervise activities related to a pivotal task order. In this strategic position, you will be instrumental in ensuring effective project execution, leading dynamic teams, and engaging collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve exceptional outcomes. Key Responsibilities ? Assume comprehensive responsibility for the project lifecycle, guaranteeing timely and high-quality delivery. ? Manage a multidisciplinary team, including subcontractors, to ensure optimal manpower allocation. ? Collaborate with governmental stakeholders and contractors to uphold Agile methodologies. ? Oversee operations and maintenance (O&M) of systems catering to over one million users and visitors each month. ? Initiate and lead projects aimed at transforming and consolidating systems, enhancing efficiency, data quality, and service delivery. ? Implement quality assurance processes to uphold superior standards across all deliverables. ? Communicate effectively using both written and verbal channels to align with team objectives and client expectations. Required Skills ? Active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification. ? Formal training or certification in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum Alliance Advanced Certified Scrum Master or Scaled Agile SAFe Advanced Scrum Master. ? Proven experience in a continuous integration and DevOps environment. ? Strong written and verbal communication skills. ? Proficiency in coordinating teams and managing diverse labor categories. Qualifications ? Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing projects with comparable size and complexity. ? Familiarity with quality assurance frameworks relevant to similar projects. ? Demonstrated success in managing performance-based environments with cross-functional teams. ? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.
