Job Overview We are in search of an empathetic, dedicated, and licensed therapist to become a vital member of our collaborative and progressive group practice. Key Responsibilities • Deliver individual therapy sessions to adults, teenagers, and/or couples. • Complete electronic documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes. • Utilize the DSM-5 for accurate diagnoses. • Effectively manage your schedule, including client appointments and follow-ups. • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as necessary to ensure comprehensive care. • Maintain a clean and professional workspace. Required Skills • Current licensure as a therapist (LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT) in the State of Illinois. • A minimum of one year of counseling experience, with previous private practice experience being advantageous but not mandatory. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently manage your schedule and client communications. • Familiarity with technology, including G Suite, Google Docs, TherapyNotes, and VOIP systems. • A genuine passion for assisting others and a commitment to ongoing professional development. Qualifications • Licensed as an LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Illinois. • At least one year of relevant counseling experience. • Reliability and organization in handling scheduling and communication tasks. • Strong interest in working in a private practice setting.
