Job Description: Responsibilities: • Lead and manage multiple commercial and multifamily construction projects from inception to completion. • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures. • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. • Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness. • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients. • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle. • Mentor and provide guidance to junior project managers and other team members. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred). • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on commercial and multifamily projects. • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish, on time and within budget. • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in project management software and tools. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
