                                About the position
The Personal Banker I at Great Southern Bank is responsible for achieving sales goals, providing exceptional customer service, and developing strong customer relationships. This entry-level position focuses on meeting production goals, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and maintaining a high standard of customer interaction.
Responsibilities
 Implement and administer procedures to attain established performance goals set forth by Management.

 Develop customer relationships by identifying needs and making appropriate recommendations for products and/or services.

 Provide professional, courteous service to all customers including opening new accounts and processing loan requests.

 Maintain a strong working knowledge of and ensure full compliance with all applicable banking regulations.

 Perform new account opening with minimal errors.
,
 Maintain regular and reliable attendance, punctuality, and personal appearance.
Requirements
 High school diploma or GED
,
 1 to 2 years of related experience and/or training
,
 At least one year of sales/customer service experience preferred
,
 Prior banking experience is preferred
,
 Basic experience with alphanumeric data entry, PowerPoint, Excel, and word processing
