Requirements • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required) • Previous Experience in Captive Insurance Sales: Allstate experience is preferred. • Proven sales track record (must provide references or sales reports to verify production). • Strong self-discipline and the ability to work independently in a goal-driven environment. • Competitive drive with a sense of urgency to meet and exceed goals. • Dependable, accountable, and coachable with a growth mindset. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
