Position Responsibilities: • The Merchandiser Supervisor is responsible for maintaining merchandising standards within a designated geographic area by increasing total supply chain efficiencies for our suppliers and leading a team of front-line employees to merchandise a diverse portfolio of products to key retail accounts • As a Merchandiser Supervisor, you will collaborate with the sales and delivery staff to improve processes and drive productivity while maintaining the highest levels of customer service satisfaction in retail accounts • You will utilize lean management principles to assist with the training of all merchandisers with a focus on correct merchandising techniques, waste elimination, and Company policies and procedures • You will review and analyze daily route plans and work assignments for proper workload distribution among Merchandisers • You will utilize a software system for tracking, supporting, and re-routing Merchandiser services; prioritize assignments to meet sales, delivery, and customer demands • Other duties as assigned Apply Job!
