Job Description: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Service Level Objectives (SLO) and IT Service Management (ITSM), with at least one year of hands-on experience in SLO. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules. • Implement and manage Service Level Objectives (SLO) within the ServiceNow platform. • Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications. • Ensure best practices and standards are followed in the development process. Qualifications: • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer. • Hands-on experience with Service Level Objectives (SLO) for at least 1 year. • Strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM). • Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
