About the position As a Starbucks shift supervisor, you will lead store operations during your shift, ensuring high-quality customer service and product delivery. You will work closely with a team of baristas, fostering a positive and energetic environment while guiding and motivating your team. This role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and the ability to create an uplifting experience for both customers and partners. Responsibilities • Lead each shift and manage store operations standards. , • Work alongside baristas to deliver quality customer service and expertly-crafted products. , • Create a positive and encouraging team environment. , • Guide and influence team members to enhance their performance. , • Maintain store safety and security standards. , • Handle cash and ensure accurate cash management. , • Train and coach team members on beverage preparation and customer service. Requirements • 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment. , • 6 months of experience in a role requiring constant customer interaction. , • 6 months of experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating team efforts. , • Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality. , • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
