Guest Service Team Member
                                Job Description:
Wingstop is looking for a Crew Member / Counter Service to join our team! As a Guest Service Team Member, you'll be responsible for delivering world-class service and creating an exceptional experience for every guest. You'll act as the face and voice of Wingstop, ensuring that each guest has a positive, memorable, and seamless visit. Whether you're greeting guests, taking orders, or answering the phone, you'll be key in providing authentic, positive, and genuine experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
 Guest Interaction: Greet guests as they enter, provide friendly and helpful service, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
 Order Taking & Delivery: Accurately take orders, make recommendations, and ensure orders are delivered promptly and correctly.
 Phone Support: Answer the phone in a professional and courteous manner, assisting with take-out orders, questions, and concerns.
 Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the counter area clean, organized, and stocked, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met.
 Team Support: Collaborate with fellow crew members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
 Problem Solving: Address and resolve guest issues or complaints in a calm and friendly manner, escalating to management if needed.
 Positive Experience: Provide a consistently positive guest experience, ensuring guests leave with a smile and are excited to return.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
 Friendly and Outgoing Personality: Passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating a positive experience.
 Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal communication skills, especially when interacting with customers.
 Team Player: Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
 Attention to Detail: Ensuring orders are accurate and timely, while maintaining cleanliness and organization.
 Flexibility & Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, working efficiently during busy times.
Preferred Experience:
 Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus, but not required.
 Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
