Responsibilities

? Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements
? Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service is required.
? Strong phone etiquette skills to manage customer inquiries effectively.
? Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with customers.
? Familiarity with upselling strategies and techniques is a plus.
? Basic understanding of retail math for handling transactions accurately.
? A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
? Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends as needed.
