Opportunity
We are seeking dedicated, compassionate, licensed clinicians who are dynamic, energetic, and driven to make a positive impact. At Chrysalis Health, we deliver clinical excellence in community-based behavioral healthcare, serving children, adolescents, adults, and families across Ohio in both home and school settings.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychiatric assessments and determine client diagnoses using DSM-5-TR criteria.
Perform administrative tasks related to intake and assessment activities.
Complete initial and updated diagnostic assessments for both youth and adults in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Collaborate effectively with community partners and provide culturally competent care.
Manage and respond to electronic and written correspondence, and address phone inquiries promptly (within 24 hours or next business day).
Provide ongoing therapy to clients as needed.
Qualifications
Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in mental health and/or substance use counseling.
Must hold an independent Ohio license (LPCC, LPCCS, LISW, LISWS, IMFT, IMFTS)
Knowledge of counseling principles and practices.
Successful completion of criminal background checks (annually required).
