Customer Care Agent - Part-Time Flex Schedule

Description: • Provide exceptional support to prospective and current students • Address student inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and guide students through program enrollment and completion • Act as the first point of contact for students • Monitor student progress and engagement • Assist students with platform navigation and technical troubleshooting • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress • Assist in the planning and execution of virtual student events and engagement initiatives • Identify and escalate complex student concerns as needed Requirements: • 3-7+ years of experience in customer service, student support, or sales, preferably in an education or wellness-related field • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and provide outstanding customer care • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and customer support tools (Zendesk, live chat, email support) • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain adaptable in a fast-paced environment • A passion for health, wellness, and education is a plus • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Benefits: • Sick days, accrued based on hours worked • 401K plan with employer contribution of up to 4% • Free access to our educational offerings • Weekly virtual wellness sessions, which have included virtual yoga and meditation classes • A variety of seasonal health and wellness perks Apply Job!
