Entry Level Customer Agent

Responsibilities:
• Identify and reach out to potential clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Assess clients’ needs and recommend suitable products
• Educate clients on different options and pricing.
• Prepare and present insurance plans to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and provide reviews and updates.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, customer service (preferred but not required).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
