The Cleaning Authority in Louisville is seeking full-time housekeepers/cleaners who are dedicated to providing high-quality residential cleaning services. This position offers a competitive salary of $750 to $950 per week, with the added benefit of tips. - Responsibilities
- Perform residential cleaning tasks in teams. ,
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail. ,
- Utilize provided cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively. ,
- Engage with customers and promote tipping through the TCA phone app. ,
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development. ,
- Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with team members.
- Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old. ,
- Valid Driver's License and car with insurance required. ,
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. ,
- Strong attention to detail in residential cleaning. ,
- Willingness to learn and adapt to specific cleaning standards. ,
- Ability to be on feet all day and perform light lifting (less than 15 pounds).
