Job Description

Responsibilities

Requirements

– High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher is a plus.

– Proficiency in data entry and experience using data management software.

– Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly.

– Excellent listening skills and customer service orientation.

– Proficient in using computers and navigating web-based applications.

– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

– Prior experience in customer support or data entry roles is preferred but not mandatory.
