Job Description As an Order Entry Pharmacy Technician with Remedi SeniorCare, you'll play a crucial role in our pharmacy operations. Your responsibilities will include swiftly and accurately entering prescriptions into our Remedi SeniorCare Framework/DocuTrack pharmacy system. Additionally, you'll communicate with customers over the phone, providing quick and courteous responses to their needs. Location:Remote after training. must be willing to train onsite at 962 Dorset Rd, Troy, Oh 45373 for a minimum of 8 weeks. Salary range: $18-$20/hour plus $2 shift differential Schedule: 2nd shift: 3pm - 11:30pm, Monday - Friday, rotating holidays and weekends What We Offer: • Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance (as low as $13.33/pay) • Paid Time Off • Free Virtual Care - Telemedicine • 401k with company match • Closed-door Pharmacy - No more face-to-face meetings with customers • Referral Bonuses • Life Insurance • Make a difference in the lives of others! • We are growing and that means more opportunities Key Responsibilities: Under the guidance of a pharmacist and in compliance with State law, Order Entry Pharmacy Technicians will be responsible for: • Efficient order entry and follow-up • Troubleshooting prescription/patient data entry discrepancies • Ensuring accurate and timely prescription/patient information input • Collaborating with Order Entry leadership to meet department goals • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders • Must work with urgency and timeliness Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required • Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the State Board of Pharmacy is preferred, but not required (good standing) Skills & Abilities: • Strong computer skills • Thorough understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledge • Math and analytical skills, with a focus on calculations • Minimum of two (2) years working in a long-term care pharmacy preferred but not required Clarest is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
