- Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver decision support tools and reporting applications. ,
- Extract, collect, analyze, and interpret contracting terms and financial data. ,
- Address business questions regarding contracted rates and quality measures. ,
- Interact directly with internal and external clients to deliver analyses. ,
- Act as the analytic team lead for complex projects, mentoring team members.
- Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role. ,
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and tools. ,
- Proficiency in SAS/SQL/Python/R for data manipulation and transformation. ,
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. ,
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability. ,
- Experience working in a data warehouse environment with large data sets.

- 8+ years of healthcare data analytics experience. ,
- Advanced Excel modeling skills with experience owning complex models end-to-end. ,
- Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Healthcare.
