How youll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) This role works on an "as needed" basis, this is a part-time position. The part time Flights Ops Support role provides support to key projects and needs inside of Delta Air Lines Flight Training & Standards. This role works on an ‘as needed’ basis for the area assigned. Flight Ops Support candidate should have a basic understanding and knowledge of FAA Part 121 air carrier operations and moderate to expert knowledge of specific areas of focus. This position will report to the DPS Program Manager - Client Operations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TASKS • Provide curriculum; compliance; or training support to Flight Training • Partner with Flight Training support teams to complete project tasks as assigned • Provide guidance to project tasks as assigned • Modify or create new training materials when needed • Track individual progress and report status of projects to appropriate leaders • Review standard procedures and provide feedback on changes • Specific duties as assigned by Flight Training management KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES • Solid organizational and leadership skills. • Familiarity with Flight Operations infrastructure • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. • Solid computer skills including proficiency with Office 365 and other Delta/DPS software. • Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an attention to detail.
