Administrative/Virtual Assistant
- - Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- - Organize and schedule appointments efficiently.
- - Record accurate meeting minutes.
- - Handle various forms of correspondence, including emails and memos.
- - Assist in generating reports as needed.
- - Maintain organized filing systems.
- - Update and enforce office procedures.
- - Procure office supplies and research vendors.
- - Keep contact lists up to date.
- - Arrange travel arrangements efficiently.
- - Process and reconcile expense reports promptly.
- - Provide courteous support to office visitors.
