Job Overview: As a Customer Service Representative at Tesla, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional support to our customers while embodying Tesla’s commitment to sustainability and innovation. - Key Responsibilities:

- Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve Tesla’s service offerings
- Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused, with the ability to handle inquiries with patience and care
- Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment
- Previous customer service experience preferred (preferably in tech or automotive industries)
- Knowledge of Tesla products is a plus, but not required
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
