    Responsibilities:
  • Remote Work Environment: Must be quiet, without distractions, and with room for laptop, external monitor, and keyboard.
  • Availability: This is a high volume sales position heavily reliant on inbound marketing sourced leads via call, chat and consultations requests necessitating prompt and reliable attention during scheduled hours.
  • KPIs: Revenue goals, missed call ratio, conversion and rates, call volume and talk time.
  • Candidates for this part time position are expected to achieve 30-32 hours of talk time/month with a combination of warm inbound leads and cold outbound initiatives.
  • Oversight: While you are expected to be self motivated and self directed, we record all transactions and share for training purposes.
  • Inbound and Outbound Excellence: Utilize your sales skills to qualify, prioritize, and close inbound calls, video consultations and chats. Conduct outbound calls to qualified verticals and regions.
  • Technical Consultation: Collaborate with DS Certified Installation partners to provide customer site evaluations and installations, including virtual site walks to determine security needs.
  • Pipeline Management: Showcase your organizational prowess by developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of leads, ensuring effective capture of sales activity in Salesforce.
  • Post-Sale Follow-Up: Leverage your follow-up skills to conduct thorough post-sale activities, generating referral leads and enhancing customer satisfaction.
    Part-Time with Full-Time Potential:
  • This is a part-time role with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position for the right candidate within a few months.
  • Although security industry experience is not required to be considered, a sales background is a requirement for consideration.

    Pay Details:
  • $20-$30/hour depending on experience, with the opportunity to move to full time with on track earnings potential of $60K-$80k (base+commission)
  • Commission pay
  • Position is 30-40 hours per week.
