- What You Will Be Doing
- Utilize GenAI tools to review and moderate both user- and AI-generated content, ensuring adherence to platform policies and sustaining a safe, high-quality environment.
- Oversee content workflows across different tools and teams, guaranteeing timely processing, clear tracking, and seamless transitions.
- Tag edge cases, annotate training data, and deliver structured feedback to enhance the precision and efficiency of AI moderation systems.

- Monotonous content moderation, endlessly reviewing blog posts.
- An entry-level admin position with minimal influence, merely ticking off tasks in a queue.
Basic Requirements
- AI Content Reviewer key responsibilities
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience.
- Practical experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini in a professional, academic, or personal productivity setting.
- Proficient English writing abilities.

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $15 USD/hour, which equates to $30,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
