Part Time Data Entry - Contract Position
Move In Ready is a home services connection company that is changing how people move! Our growing company specializes in helping new homeowners connect their utilities, telecom, security, and many more services. Our goal is to provide a “turn-key” experience when they walk into their dream home!
Move In Ready is hiring for a Part Time Data Entry position to place client orders (no sales required) by communicating with providers by phone and utilizing online portals. Detail-oriented individuals will thrive in this role!
Responsibilities for Data Entry (part time)
- Efficiently use SugarCRM
- Successfully place preferred services through portals or by telephone directly with service providers
- Transcribe account and confirmation numbers correctly
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with clients, teammates, and management
All other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills for Sales Consultant
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills (SugarCRM experience preferred)
- Proficient computer, Microsoft, Vonage and CRM skills
- Ideally, previous experience in data entry

- Part-time afternoon hours (1PM-5PM Monday - Friday)
- $2000/month base pay
- Part-time contractor position through September 30, 2025
- Must have own equipment (laptop, phone, secure internet connection)
- Will require a background check
- Preliminary phone interview, online video secondary interview
- Looking to hire quickly
