Chat Support Representative
RentRedi is looking to bring on a Chat Support Representative to provide a superior customer experience and actively working to reduce churn, increase conversion from signup to subscribe and trouble shoot issues such that solutions are provided or the correct team member is assigned to assist.
Ideal Candidate:
1-3 years of experience in customer success or other strategic client-facing roles
Experience with Intercom or Similar Chat platform
Experience with Jira a plus
Prefer some startup experience, especially in a B2B SaaS and/or Real Estate
Experience with value demonstration and support
A tech savvy and detail-oriented approach
