Position Overview:

The Regulatory Data Entry Specialist will play a vital role in supporting Better Being Co.'s regulatory compliance efforts by accurately entering, maintaining, and managing critical regulatory data across various systems. Key Responsibilities:

As a Regulatory Data Entry Specialist, you will have a range of duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Data Entry and Management:

Accurately input regulatory data, including product information, testing results, certifications, and compliance documentation into the company's systems.

Maintain and organize regulatory documentation to ensure that all records are up-to-date and compliant with industry standards and governmental regulations.

Manage large datasets, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and integrity of information across multiple databases.

Compliance Documentation:

Assist in the preparation of regulatory submission documents for review and approval by internal teams.

Ensure that all regulatory information complies with current regulations and standards.

Work closely with compliance officers, regulatory affairs teams, and quality assurance departments to streamline data entry processes and ensure full regulatory compliance.

Quality Assurance & Auditing:

Perform routine audits of regulatory data entries to identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and ensure that all data is accurate and in compliance with industry regulations.

Implement best practices and improvements in the regulatory data entry processes.

Support regulatory audits and internal reviews by providing necessary documentation and ensuring timely updates of data systems.

Communication & Collaboration:

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including product development, quality assurance, and legal teams, to obtain regulatory information as needed.

Support external regulatory agencies or partners during data reviews and audits.

Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure smooth flow of regulatory data across the organization.

Research and Regulatory Updates:

Stay up to date with industry trends, new regulations, and compliance requirements in order to assist the company in adapting to changes.

Proactively research regulatory guidelines and updates to ensure that all data and compliance documentation is aligned with the latest standards.

Reporting and Analysis:

Generate regular reports on the status of regulatory data, submissions, and updates for review by management.

Analyze data trends and highlight any issues that may require attention from compliance or regulatory affairs teams.

Process Improvement:

Assist in developing and refining internal data entry processes to improve efficiency and reduce the risk of errors.

Contribute to the creation of training materials or documentation for new systems and regulatory requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

A minimum of a high school diploma is required; an Associate’s degree or higher in business administration, life sciences, healthcare, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

Proven experience (2+ years) in regulatory data entry, compliance documentation, or a related administrative role, preferably in a regulated industry (such as pharmaceuticals, health, or wellness).

Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., FDA, OSHA, EPA, or other federal/state regulatory bodies) is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with data management software, Microsoft Excel, and other office productivity tools. Experience with regulatory management systems or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software is a plus.

Ability to quickly adapt to new software platforms and data management systems.

Attention to Detail:

Strong attention to detail and the ability to enter large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy.

Ability to spot discrepancies in data and take corrective action to maintain compliance and data integrity.

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you will be required to interact with various departments and possibly external regulatory bodies.

Ability to write clear and concise reports, emails, and documentation for regulatory purposes.

Problem-Solving Ability:

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues in data entry, compliance documentation, and reporting.

Team Player:

Ability to work effectively within a team environment while maintaining individual responsibility for assigned tasks.

Time Management:

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while adhering to deadlines.
