About the position

As the Director of Product Management for Digital Data Analytics & A/B Testing Platforms at Target, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital shopping experience for our customers. This position is designed for a leader who is passionate about leveraging data to enhance product offerings and drive business outcomes. You will be responsible for driving the vision for the data ecosystem portfolio, focusing on reducing time to value for cross-functional digital users. This involves creating a unified and friction-free approach to data management throughout the product lifecycle, from ingestion and processing to troubleshooting and management. In this role, you will champion data literacy within the organization, ensuring that your team and stakeholders understand the importance of data in decision-making processes. You will develop and track key metrics to define product success and design various A/B and multivariate tests to refine product iterations. Your leadership will extend to building, coaching, and mentoring a strong team of product owners, fostering a culture of progress, transparency, and efficiency across product teams. You will also be responsible for driving product discovery with key stakeholders, validating hypotheses and concepts with customers before committing engineering resources. This requires a strategic mindset and the ability to influence at both the leadership level and across functions. Your expertise in B2C product management, particularly in eCommerce, will be crucial as you leverage data and analytics to provide competitive analysis, drive decision-making, and assess the health and effectiveness of your products.
