What does a Supervisor, Field Administration do at Swire Coca-Cola?

The Supervisor, Field Administration manages a team that processes transactions, AP, AR, route settlement, and provides customer service for the assigned Distribution Center (DC) in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures. They may oversee additional Finance Manager roles with DC responsibilities. Will also manage, forecasts, and analyze entire P&L and prepares reports for cross functional teams. Also prepares JV adjustments and preforms reconciliation of balance sheet accounts. Also collaborates with location management to ensure company objectives are met.

    Responsibilities:
  • Work with location management, customers, or corporate to collaborate, research, and correct location issues
  • Provide analysis for local team on the entire P&L and manage expenses to budget by ensuring expenses are tracked and paid timely
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to forecast, and support BOY/Budget process for sales and logistics
  • Supervisors, coach, and mentor’s staff. May supervise an additional Finance Manager roles which includes oversight responsibility of the DC
  • Assist Regional Finance Managers with directives, provide additional supports to the DC's as needed
  • Perform monthly reconciliations and postings of balance sheet accounts
  • Ensure Route Processing Clerk processes all routes invoices accurately; prepares and deposit cash deposits daily; ensures bank records match deposit records
  • Resolve customer disputes routed by corporate AR department
  • Performs self-assessment audits and ensures audit compliance
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or business related field
  • Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or business related field with 4+ years additional related work experience
  • High School Diploma (or GED) With 6+ years of additional related work experience
  • 6+ years Accounting/finance experience with leadership capabilities
  • 2+ years P&L analysis, statements, and other analytics
  • 2+ years Supervisory experience with recruiting, mentoring, training, and retaining a diverse team required
  • Validate and consolidate monthly cost savings
  • Ability to prepare financial and accounting records
  • SAP (S&D, Finance, AR), Microsoft Office Suite, Margin Minder

Base pay range is $88,627 to $116,323 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
