Position Summary:

The EHR Project Manager is responsible for managing the implementation of electronic health record systems. This role involves developing and executing end-to-end project plans while guiding physicians and office staff through best practices to ensure a smooth transition. Project coordination is primarily delivered through phone consultations and web-based screen sharing tools.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multiple EHR transitions/conversions, aligning implementation plans with physician needs and system capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Coordinate electronic data conversions with vendors; monitor progress and support physicians through data mapping and QA.
  • Ensures accurate and best practices are followed during implementation.
  • Identify and resolves project risks and issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support project success.

Minimum Qualifications:

    Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline
  • Three (3) years of professional experience
  • Two (2) years related project management
