Data Entry & Research Virtual Assistant (ZR_23161_JOB)
- This is a remote position.Schedule:
- Part-time (20 hours per week)
- Work Schedule: Tuesday 9am - 4pm ET
Wednesday 10am - 4pm ET
Thursday 9am - 4pm ET
Client Timezone: US Eastern Time (EST)
- Responsibilities:
- Process and enter client information from Dubsado forms into multiple platform databases
- Upload and organize client photos and assets to Google Drive
- Transfer and update client information across different sites and platforms
- Maintain accurate client records and profiles
- Conduct basic research to categorize and organize information properly
- Assist with compiling lists of potential clients through online research (commercial photographers, production companies)
- Document contact information and company details in spreadsheets
- Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of data entry experience
- Proficiency with cloud storage systems (Google Drive)
- Experience with CRM or client management systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills
- Basic research capabilities
- Proficiency in spreadsheet management
- English language proficiency
- Scope:
- Part-time position (20 hours per week minimum)
- Remote work
- Work will be performed during U.S. business hours
- Access to client management platforms and automation tools will be provided
- Primary focus on data entry with secondary research responsibilities
