Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position involves supporting our outside sales Account Executives, converting customer quotes into orders, and ensuring timely communication via emails and minimal phone calls. You will be responsible for managing order entries, providing shipping estimates, processing credit card payments, and resolving customer issues with internet support groups. The role also includes outbound and inbound account management and utilizing the Salesforce CRM platform for organization.

    Responsibilities
  • Support outside sales Account Executives.
  • Convert sales/customer quotes into orders.
  • Check inventory levels.
  • Answer emails and phone calls promptly.
  • Monitor order entry systems to ensure projects are on time.
  • Provide shipping estimates.
  • Process credit card payments.
  • Resolve customer issues with internet support groups.
  • Manage outbound and inbound account management using Salesforce CRM.
  • Maintain customer relationships until project completion.
  • Essential Skills
  • 1+ years of experience in Customer Service
  • 6+ months Sales support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of order entry or ERP systems is preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
