Real Estate Property Manager, Construction Manager and Airbnb Guest Services w/ Growth Opportunities
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Property Manager and Construction Manager that is eager to work and join our team. As a Real Estate Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and management of our real estate properties. This is a key role that requires the ability to respond to tenants, Airbnb guests and stakeholders quickly, effectively complete tasks, excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, flexible hours, willingness to learn and the ability to quickly/effectively communicate with tenants and stakeholders.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, Airbnb guest services, maintenance, tenant relations, renovation projects and new property acquisitions.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Handle tenant and guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate lease agreements, renewals, guest bookings, terminations and/or evictions
- Collaborate with real estate agents to attract and secure new tenants and add new properties to the portfolio
- Oversee rent collection and aggressively enforce timely payment from tenants
- Maintain accurate records of property expenses, income, and occupancy rates
- Develop and implement property management policies and procedures
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices
- Take initiative to complete tasks fully and accurately the first time, with strong follow through and responsiveness.
Experience:
- Real estate experience is a plus but not required. We are looking for an ambitious individual eager to grow with the company. A strong work ethic, willingness to learn and problem solve are our top priorities.
- Experience working with and negotiating with contractors is advantageous but not required.
- Familiarity with fair housing regulations, Section 8 housing programs, and/or Airbnb is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle conflict resolution effectively. It is inportant to bring solutions to ownership rather than problems.
- Proficient in data entry and using property management software systems
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines is essential
