Installation Technicians
Technicians / Assemblers Needed

- Location: Near 1960 and Hardy
- 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM – $15 an hour
- 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM – $17 an hour
Note: Flexibility for mandatory overtime is required.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Responsibilities and Duties:
- Secure and record correct parts.
- Maintain and safeguard shop tools and equipment.
- Verify correct installation of accessories before finalizing work.
- Conduct final inspections to ensure vehicles meet quality standards.
- Assist teammates with training and technical support.
- Perform ramp driving for spare tire checks.
- Organize printed materials inside vehicles.
- Stock required materials and parts as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shipping area.
- Inspect locally installed and factory equipment per work orders.
- Verify accessories and invoice vehicles accurately.
- Assess cosmetic defects using defined criteria and tools.
- Prepare documents and reports for final checks.
- Park vehicles properly, following audit criteria.
- Handle consumer and customer data responsibly.
- Maintain reliable and consistent attendance.
- Safely drive various vehicle models in all conditions.
- Follow all safety rules, keep the workspace clean, and use tools properly.
- Meet productivity and quality standards.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Prepare vehicles for accessory installation and ensure proper installation.
- Follow data privacy policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Minimum 3 months relevant Assembly experience
- Attention to detail
- Able to use basic hand and power tools
- Mechanical aptitude
- Able to read blueprints/drawings
- Hand eye coordination and dexterity
- Basic computer skills
