Client Representative (REMOTE)

This is a fully remote opportunity with compensation directly tied to your success in enrolling clients.
- What You'll Do:
- Engage with individuals proactively to understand their unique circumstances, needs, and objectives.
- Clearly and effectively explain program options, features, and benefits to potential participants.
- Guide individuals through the enrollment process, ensuring clarity and understanding at each step.
- Assist clients in completing necessary documentation and understanding program guidelines.
- Build rapport and trust with clients, providing exceptional support and guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and enrollment statuses.
- Stay informed about program updates and best practices to provide the most effective guidance.
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation in a remote environment.
- Who You Are:
- A U.S. Citizen residing within the United States.
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to explain complex information simply.
- Highly empathetic and skilled at building relationships and trust.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable in a performance-driven role.
- Organized, with strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM software, video conferencing, and other digital tools.
- Able to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
