Client Solution Manager
- Description:
- Plan, monitor and manage internal projects from initiation through completion
- Ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs
- Develop comprehensive program plans that encompass objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation
- Coordinate knowledge sharing among project teams to highlight success stories and improve project and program management practices
- Create a continuous improvement plan for the project and program department
- Utilize data visualization tools to present project and program data
- Participate in project/program team training and development activities
- Requirements:
- 7-10 years directly related work experience
- Experience with a TPA or health care experience preferred
- Adept at problem solving and decision making
- Adept at collaboration and teamwork
- Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
- Ability to communicate with all levels of senior management and cross functional teams
