What You'll Be Doing

    As a Leadership & Personal Development Consultant, you'll:
  • Inspire and guide individuals through growth-focused programs and conversations
  • Leverage your HR experience to support others in navigating meaningful change
  • Engage in continuous development with access to modern leadership tools and content
  • Connect with purpose-led clients using authentic marketing strategies (training provided)
  • Facilitate discovery conversations that help others find clarity and direction
  • Work remotely and flexibly, with a structure that supports both independence and connection

Who This Is For

    We’re looking for senior-level professionals who are:
  • Experienced in HR, Talent, Learning & Development, or People Leadership (typically 15+ years)
