What You'll Be Doing
- As a Leadership & Personal Development Consultant, you'll:
- Inspire and guide individuals through growth-focused programs and conversations
- Leverage your HR experience to support others in navigating meaningful change
- Engage in continuous development with access to modern leadership tools and content
- Connect with purpose-led clients using authentic marketing strategies (training provided)
- Facilitate discovery conversations that help others find clarity and direction
- Work remotely and flexibly, with a structure that supports both independence and connection
Who This Is For
- We’re looking for senior-level professionals who are:
- Experienced in HR, Talent, Learning & Development, or People Leadership (typically 15+ years)
- Passionate about personal development, coaching, and purpose-driven work
