YouTube Video Producer

Description: • Review and approve video edits across podcasts, interviews, and specials • Create thumbnails, write headlines and descriptions • Publish videos, manage playlists, and optimize metadata • Post updates on the Community tab and monitor comments • Edit and publish YouTube Shorts from internal and social content • Collaborate on YouTube-first content and repackage legacy content • Test thumbnails and reorganize older videos for performance • Coordinate live streams, including setup, script support, and post-show updates Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in YouTube channel management & digital media production • Strong ability to work quickly and accurately in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Premiere) • Proven ability to write and create engaging headlines, thumbnails, descriptions, and posts • Deep experience working in YouTube, including SEO & livestreaming • Past experience working in a fast paced digital media environment, ideally in sport and/or soccer • Undying passion for the game of soccer, both domestically and internationally • Ability to work the occasional weekend to support live coverage Benefits: Apply Job!
