The client, The Negotiation Experts, is the innovation leader in B2B negotiation training. Over the past 24 years, they have been loved by their global 500 corporate clients. They have created a transformational product, the world’s most advanced scored negotiation simulation game platform.
- We're seeking a talented LLM Senior Developer with a strong proficiency in Python to join our team, for the following stages of our project:
- Create a computer player for negotiators in our classes to play against. The computer player will assess offers received to accept or decline, and will also send offers.
- Chat about the offers and then introduce different types of personalities.
- Add different types of computer players. Examples could include: weak to strong, collaborative to competitive, fast to slow to agree, and formal to friendly.
- Provide negotiators with feedback once they reach an agreement.
- Provide negotiators with advice while they are negotiating.
- Assist in balancing the scoring for the two roles (e.g. buyer & seller) for newly created games.
- Introduce a negotiator rating system (e.g. chess has an ELO).
- Mediate a negotiation between two human teams to reach an optimal outcome sooner.
We will need to decide whether the LLM route will achieve the above goals, or if an LLM will need to be combined with reinforcement learning (RL). You will be provided with the human negotiation success factors and their coefficients/weightings we’ve identified.
We will deploy open-source LLMs on a public cloud infrastructure.
