Customer Care Representative - Must live in Nashville, TN area
- Responsibilities:
- The Customer Care Representative, using systems and tools available, provides a great customer experience that is accurate, competent, friendly, and proactive for both prospective and existing customers.
- Uses problem solving skills to determine the best course of action resulting in the most appropriate resolution for the customer; uses training to gain and communicate information about our customers’ needs and expectations.
- Responds to customer inquiries; become proficient in existing software systems and uses those systems to assist customers by processing information quickly and efficiently identifies the problem and provides resolution. Gains a deep knowledge of the organization, products and campaigns.
- Uses knowledge and information gathered from conversations with customers to provide information and suggestions to supervisor regarding suggested Custer Service practices needed to be modified to improve the customer experience.
- Qualifications:
- One year of call center or customer service experience - Required
- High School diploma or GED - Required
- The successful candidate must have excellent record keeping, time management, and internal and external communication skills
- Hours:
- Full-Time position available
- Monday - Friday - daytime hours
