    Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay updated on Delta Airlines’ policies, procedures, and promotions to provide the best customer support.
    Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
