Position Summary
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our production and operations team. In this role, you will serve as the key point of contact for customers after a sale is made—tracking jobs from order placement to delivery and ensuring all questions and concerns are promptly addressed.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders from sale through production to final delivery
- Track and update the status of jobs using internal systems and production software
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding timelines, artwork, revisions, and shipping
- Communicate order details between the sales and production teams to ensure accuracy
- Proactively follow up with customers throughout the process to provide updates and maintain satisfaction
- Resolve issues or escalate concerns as needed to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate records in CRM, order management, and workflow tracking software
- Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, order coordination, or production support preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple active orders at once
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and general computer systems
- Familiarity with print production or packaging is a plus (not required)
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
