Pistachio Cut and Color Bar, an established AVEDA Salon, has been a cornerstone of the Greater Carlsbad, California community for over 20 years. As we grow, we’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Salon Front Desk Coordinator to join our team and help us continue providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

    Position Available:
  • Remote Salon Front Desk Coordinator (Part-Time scheduled shifts, live remote position requiring face-to-face interaction with clients from your home office)

    What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
  • Minimum of Two Years of Hair Salon Experience Required: Strong skills in salon coordination, scheduling, and managing daily operations.
  • Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Virtual Receptionist Experience: Previous remote receptionist experience preferred.
  • Home Office Requirements: You must have a private, quiet room to handle face-to-face interactions with clients professionally.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills required.
  • Retail Sales Experience: In-depth knowledge of AVEDA products and proven retail sales experience is required.
  • High Achievement: High achievement scores in customer service, scheduling, and salon coordination are required. Please provide any relevant certificates or documentation that demonstrate these abilities.
  • Tech Savvy: Must have a home-office computer and be proficient with Google Docs. Familiarity with Meevo or Millennium CRM is strongly preferred.
  • Additional Skills: Complimentary skills such as spreadsheets, marketing, graphic design, project management, software development, or human resources are a plus.
  • Self-Starter: Must be able to work independently and multi-task while remaining productive during working hours.
  • Availability: Must be available to work weekends.
    Compensation & Benefits:
  • Pay Range: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour, based on experience
