We’re seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team. These roles are on-site at promotional events, providing direct customer interaction and brand support through engaging, face-to-face communication strategies.

What You’ll Do:
• Interact directly with consumers at promotional events to represent client brands
• Provide product knowledge, service information, and campaign messaging
• Assist in event setup, breakdown, and overall presentation of promotional displays
• Learn and apply promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and consumer engagement
• Support team goals and contribute to a positive, energetic work environment
Requirements
• Previous experience in customer service is required (retail, hospitality, or related fields preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
