Position Overview
SevaRx is seeking a Call Center Agents to support SevaRx, a division of Healthy Mississippi, by reaching out to pharmacies across the state. Your primary role will be making outbound calls, reading from a short script, and determining interest in our program. Calls will be straightforward—an introduction, a yes/no question, and transferring the call if more details are needed.
This role requires handling both inbound and outbound calls daily.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Make outbound calls to pharmacies to send them participation agreements to join the SevaRx network.
✅ Send outbound faxes and emails via Microsoft Outlook.
✅ Follow a script to maintain a professional and clear interactions.
✅ Answer basic questions using provided responses.
✅ Transfer interested callers to the appropriate information line and/or point of contact.
✅ Log call activity and maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM.
Qualifications:
✔️ Prior call center, customer service, or phone-based experience preferred.
✔️ Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✔️ Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
✔️ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow scripts accurately.
✔️ Self-sufficient with own hardware (computer, headset, keyboard, etc.).
✔️ Reliable internet connection to support remote work.
✔️ Available to work CST hours (9 AM – 5 PM CST, Monday-Friday).
✔️ Basic experience or understanding of communicating with healthcare organizations.
Tools & Platforms Used:
MS Outlook – Sending emails and faxes.
Zoho CRM – Tracking calls and updating records.
Air Call – Handling inbound and outbound calls.
