Candidates must indicate at the top of their resume which area they are applying for: Finance or Compliance.OverviewCiti's Markets Transformation group is seeking Senior Project Managers (PMO/PM) to support the 2020 Consent Order Data Program. These roles are critical for driving remediation efforts, ensuring progress tracking, and enhancing governance across Market product lines. Candidates will need strong global markets experience, independent project management skills, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders across the organization.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Prepare clear and concise progress/activity reports, customized to the audience.
  • Perform quality checks on reports produced by other departments.
  • Manage stakeholder communications across Markets, Compliance, Finance, and Technology teams.
  • Proactively monitor project health and address issues promptly.
  • Lead remediation-related engagements with product lines.
  • Ensure consistent application of PMO best practices across projects.
  • Drive project goals and deliverables to completion.
  • Promote a transparent and "no surprises" communication culture.
  • Provide leadership to resolve complex issues and interdependent activities.
Specific Role Requirements:Sr. PMO / PM Finance Focus
  • Experience with Y-9C, 14Q, and liquidity reporting.
  • Knowledge of finance regulatory reporting (e.g., Call Reports, FR 2052a).
  • Prior work with financial reporting and regulatory compliance within global markets.
Required Skills:
  • 8 10 years of project management experience, preferably within global markets.
  • Proven success supporting Consent Order or regulatory remediation programs.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across large, matrixed organizations.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strategic thinker and creative problem-solver.
  • Strong leadership and ability to drive projects to completion.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience managing regulatory-driven projects.
  • Knowledge of trading business processes, risk and control frameworks, and the full trade lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with financial or compliance regulatory programs (e.g., FR Y-9C, FR 2052a, AML, KYC).
