About the Role - Utility EngineerThe Utility Engineer will perform general maintenance repairs to hotel and respond to trouble calls. Public area and guest room preventative maintenance. • Perform general maintenance and preventative maintenance throughout the hotel.
• Adhere to safety, security and emergency procedures, react appropriately during emergencies, and act promptly to correct hazards.
• Make effective judgements on the various aspects of general repairs and maintenance and effectively solve guest and operational problems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that will likely include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to repetitively lift, push, pull & carry moderate amounts of weight.
• Respond to guest service calls and team member work orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
