In this role, you will engage with customers in real-time through our online chat platform, providing prompt and efficient assistance. Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues to enhance the overall customer experience.Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Interact with customers via live chat to answer questions, provide information, and offer assistance regarding our products and services.

Qualifications:
