This team comes together across eight different locations every single day to craft enterprise grade applications that serve a large customer base with growing demand and usage. Responsibilities:

• Achieve an understanding of customer environments and their use of the products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams to build, support, and iteratively deploy enterprise level software.
• Provide architecture, algorithms, and designs for solutions that scale to the customer's enterprise/global requirements.
• Prioritize user experience by designing intuitive interfaces, automating repetitive tasks, and ensuring that Salesforce solutions are user-friendly and efficient.
• Ensure best practices are followed in Salesforce architecture, development and deployment.
• Responsible for maintaining system health and Architecture runway.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and innovations to enhance our CRM capabilities.

What we're looking for:Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Salesforce CRM experience with deep understanding of Object oriented programming.
• Strong understanding of Design Patterns, API Integrations, Third Party tools and Integrated Platforms.
• Proven experience with Application Integrations and Cloud Computing technologies like AWS.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work within tight timelines.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at different levels.
• Possess a true “roll up the sleeves and get it done” working approach, operating as a client-focused self-starter.
• CPQ or RLM experience is a plus.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering - preferred
• Salesforce Architect Certifications

Location: Hybrid NY (2-3 days onsite)Right to work requirements: This role is limited for candidates with indefinite right to work within the USA.Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only): S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $155,000 - $175,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications.
