You'll manage internal transactions between the warehouse, manufacturing lines, and other departments, maintaining accurate inventory records in Oracle and financial books while resolving any system discrepancies. You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and eliminating waste. Join us and play a key role in streamlining operations and driving efficiency!What You Will DoReceipt Processing: Ensure accurate receipt of raw materials in Oracle, verifying all incoming documents for compliance with requirements, including quantity, price, purchase orders, and physical receipt confirmation.Discrepancy Resolution: Collaborate with warehouse technicians to create discrepancy reports for raw materials and finished goods. Communicate findings to relevant departments and resolve issues promptly.Inventory Management: Conduct periodic stock checks and generate inventory reports. Ensure accurate system operations and promptly resolve discrepancies.Continuous Improvement: Proactively suggest and implement improvement ideas, actively participating in waste identification and elimination using the Plan-Do-Check-Act approach.Transportation Coordination: Coordinate domestic transportation and domestic segments of international shipments. Maintain accurate shipping records and ensure customs compliance.Leadership Support: Serve as Warehouse Supervisor when needed, supporting team leadership and operational continuity.Material Management: Handle additional raw material tasks, including returns, exchanges, temporarily leave, and sealing. Monitor the status of emergency raw materials and products, notifying relevant departments of shortages or abnormalities.What You Will BringEducation: High school diploma required; university degree preferred.Experience: 1+ years in materials or warehouse environment.Software: Skilled with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.Problem Solving: Capable of analyzing problems, gathering data, establishing facts, and developing well-documented solutions.Customer Focus: Experience in resolving customer issues and navigating challenging situations effectively.What We Can Offer You

Expected salary: $21 - 26 per hour
